What is Somatic Breathwork?
Available in groups or 1:1
Somatic Breathwork™ uses a consciously connected breath pattern to help you tap into your body's innate inner intelligence and find the areas that need clearing. Coupling the breath with immersive music may result in different forms of cathartic emotional releases such as laughing, moving, crying, yelling, and shaking. All forms of expression are encouraged as it allows the body to move any pent up energy and create space for the second half of the breathwork journey.
A gentler breathing technique is used in the second half of the session to help you connect with who you truly are. Together we can use the breath to call in how you want to show up in the world, the changes you want to make, and allow you to see clearly what it would be like to live your best life.

Hi, I'm Amy
I'm so glad you're here. If your path has brought you to these words, welcome. I truly believe we find the right spaces at the right time, so I'm grateful to welcome you here.
I'm a certified Somatic Breathwork™ practitioner, trauma-informed coach, and trained massage therapist, here to guide you into deeper presence and reconnection with yourself.
My work is rooted in curiosity, care, and the belief that your body already holds the wisdom you need.
Through breath, presence, and somatic connection, I hold space for people to meet themselves in new ways, to feel, release, remember, and return home.

Inner Guidance

Rooted in somatic practices and deep inner inquiry, these sessions help you return to your own sense of inner guidance, whether through softening old patterns, releasing stories, or remembering your innate power.
My intention is to guide you intuitively, reaching a place together where you're able to remember your own truth, rather than living from habit or conditioning.
Having experienced the depth of this work firsthand, I'm honoured to share this practice of honest exploration through life's challenges, transitions, and growth. All sessions are tailored to your individual needs, supporting your unique path with clarity, presence, and trust.
We'll begin with a clarity call, then if it's a right fit for both of us, we'll create a container to share this space together on a weekly basis.

Massage Therapy
In Person Only
These sessions are an invitation to exhale. Using intuitive, therapeutic touch and nervous system-aware techniques, I create a space where your body can relax, recalibrate, and receive what it needs.
My approach draws from training in myofascial therapy, trigger point therapy, and craniosacral therapy, blending structural work with gentle presence. This allows me to work not only with the muscles, but with the deeper patterns held in the fascia, nervous system, and energetic body.
Massage isn't just about physical release, it's a way of tending to your whole self. Each session offers a chance to reconnect with your body's signals, soften long-held tension, and experience a sense of grounded ease.

Each session is thoughtfully designed around your unique needs, intentions, and goals, supporting emotional clarity, stress relief, and the release of stagnant energy through breath, presence, and awareness.
I am also available to facilitate group sessions, creating a shared and supportive space for collective connection, exploration, and healing.

New to breathwork? Here's what you might be wondering.
A guided breathing practice that works with your nervous system to release tension, stress, and stored emotion from the body. Sessions use an active connected breathing pattern with immersive music, followed by a period of rest and integration. No experience is needed.
These sessions are designed to support you wherever you're at. I'll guide you through everything step by step, with preparation tips shared after booking, and we begin each session with grounding and clear instructions before the breathing starts.
Sessions typically begin with grounding and intention setting, followed by guided breathing with immersive music. You may feel tingling, warmth, emotional release, or deep relaxation. Everyone's experience is different. The session closes with gentle integration and rest.
A quiet space where you won't be disturbed, something comfortable to lie on (mat, bed, or blankets), headphones for the best sound experience, water and tissues nearby, and an eye mask if you have one.
Sessions are held live on Zoom. After booking you'll receive a Zoom link via email. You join from wherever you are. I guide the entire session live, and the group energy is surprisingly powerful even through a screen.
