Each session begins with grounding and intention setting, followed by guided breathing with immersive music. We close with gentle integration and space for whatever wants to land.

You'll need somewhere comfortable to lie down undisturbed, a blanket or mat, and headphones for the best experience.

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link, preparation guide, and everything you need to feel ready.
