This guided breathwork journey takes you through a conscious, connected breathing practice designed to help you release what you're holding and reconnect with your body.
You'll be guided through two phases — an activating breath to move energy, followed by a calming integration to bring you back to centre. All you need is a quiet space where you can lie down comfortably.
This practice is best done on an empty stomach. Allow yourself a few minutes afterwards to rest before returning to your day.
